UNRESOLVE IN VIRGINA

Last week Virginia’s House ABC and Gaming subcommittee voted 4-1 to recommend that the General Laws Committee kill a bill that would allow wineries direct shipment to restaurants and stores. However, on Monday the General Laws Committee voted 12-10 to keep the self-distribution bill alive long enough to continue debates. The final decision has yet to be made.
