COLORADO’S PROPOSAL FOR DIRECT WINE SALES PASSES

HB 1120 passed through Colorado’s House April 4 and is now on its way to Gov. Bill Owens. Once signed into a law, in-state and out-of-state wineries will have the ability to sell directly to consumers.
