CONSTELLATION SELECTS A NEW BOARD MEMBER

Barry A. Fromberg has been elected to Constellation Brands Board of Directors as a replacement to the late George Bresler. Barry, 50, is a retired executive VP and CFO of Dallas-based Dean Foods Company. "Barry has a wealth of practical business experience and knowledge with a highly successful consumer packaged goods company, in addition to experience in telecommunications and with an accounting firm," said Richard Sands.
