WINERIES TO SHIP DIRECT TO MARYLAND RETAURANTS

Maryland wholesalers, retailers and wineries reached a compromise that would allow small vintners to continuing distributing their wines directly to retailers. Wholesalers say they support SB 812 which will allow in-state and out-of-state wineries that produce up to 27,500 gallons to distribute directly to restaurants.
