ARIZONA LEGISLATURE SET TO VOTE ON SB1276

The Arizona House is set to vote on an amended version of SB1276 this week that would allow direct shipments from vineyards producing no more than 20,000 gallons a year to adult consumers, retailers and restaurants. Orders may be placed over the internet and phone as well as by fax or mail. Small wineries can stack licenses by building a wine bar or restaurant on their property and would also be allowed to open up a co-op wine store in metropolitan areas for tastings.
