GALLO FAMILY VINEYARDS EXPANDS ACROSS THE ATLANTIC

Adding to what WSD reported in March, E&J Gallo will now be known as Gallo Family Vineyards around the world, complete with a new logo. Gallo introduced their new title two months ago in the U.S. but officially switched over yesterday in London as an effort to expand the name worldwide. The company hopes that by focusing on the Gallo family name, they will be able to resonate with consumers through an emotional appeal and push the spotlight away from their corporate image. As a part of a slow-launch effort, the transition will not be complete until autumn.
