CONSTELLATION OFFICALLY ACQUIRES VINCOR

Constellation announced they have completed the takeover of Vincor after receiving the Canadian court’s approval earlier today. Vincor will continue to operate as Vincor Canada, which is a separate operating company of Constellation's worldwide wine business, and gives Constellation the number one wine position in Canada.
