DIRECT SHIPPING LAW APPROVED BY NAPOLITANO

Arizona’s Gov. Napolitano signed legislation that will allow small wineries producing less than 20,000 gallons nationwide to ship their wines directly to consumers who ordered over the Internet, by phone, fax or through the mail. Small wineries will also continue shipping to grocery outlets, restaurants and other retailers in the state.
