REPUBLIC SPREADS ITS WINGS INTO KENTUCKY
Republic Beverage announced today they have completed a 50% acquisition in Kentucky’s Commonwealth Wine and Spirits.

The new company will be called “Republic Beverage of Kentucky,” and will retain Vertner Smith, CEO for Commonwealth, Bob Ware, president and COO, and the entire management team.
