ABSOLUT TO RELEASE LATEST FLAVOR

Absolut announced its plan to unveil its latest flavored vodka nationally on-and off-premise by January 5. Absolut Pears is the first flavor offering of 2007 and comes after the latest Absolut Peach and Absolut Ruby Red, available in 50ml, 750ml and 1-liter bottles.

Meant to be used in “dessert recipes,” Absolut Pears will come in a two-toned green bottle set to “standout on the back of the bar shelf and at retail,” said Matt Aeppli, vp of marketing for Absolut.
