DIAGEO ATTEMPTS SPARKLING SPIRITS

The Daily Record reports that Diageo is planning to launch sparkling spirits in the U.K. after patenting a method of adding bubbles. The process works with spirits containing up to 40% alcohol, and so far has been successful with gin, vodka and whisky
