DIAGEO ADDS ASIA PACIFIC UNIT

Diageo announced the creation of Diageo Asia Pacific as a fourth geographic operating unit. The new division, which becomes effective
February 1, will include Asia, Greater China, and Australia.

John Pollaers, former managing director, Diageo Asia, will head Diageo Asia Pacific and join the company's executive committee.
