DIAGEO WELCOMES NEW GENERAL COUNSEL. Diageo announced today the appointment of Kellye Walker to the position of general counsel, Diageo North America, beginning this month.

According to an issued press release, Kellye will report directly to Tim Proctor, general counsel, Diageo Plc and serve on the executive team at Diageo North America, led by Ivan Menezes, president and chief.

Kellye comes from BJ’s Wholesale Club, Inc. where she served as chief legal officer and member of the senior management team.
