JOHNNIE WALKER LAUNCHES ONE OF A KIND GLOBAL WEBSITE

Diageo’s Johnnie Walker is the first drink brand to launch a global website, created by AKQA London. The website features interactive videos and a non-linear 3D navigation that the company claims is the first of its kind. Content includes an interactive interview with the talent director at Formula One team McLaren Mercedes, of whom Johnnie Walker is a team sponsor.

Aimed at successful, sophisticated 25 to 34-year-old men, the experience aims to “embody the Johnnie Walker 'Keep Walking' brand positioning,” according to a statement released by the company.

The global site is live in the U.K. and expected to be unveiled in other target markets, including Asia, Latin America and North America, over the next four months.
