BRUNTON VINEYARDS MAKES A BELLISIMO SALE

Brunton Vineyards (a division of Brunton Vineyards Holdings) has signed a letter of intent to acquire 100% of the assets and operations of 150 acre, Napa-based vineyard, Bellisimo Vineyard. Expected to close in the second quarter, Bellisimo will go for $16 million in an all cash transaction.

Bellisimo produces grapes currently sold to Gallo and Ledson wineries. Wine made from Bellisimo grapes are typically sold at prices over $60 per bottle by both wine companies, according to a release issued by the company.
