CONSTELLATION CLOSES ON SVEDKA
Constellation has officially closed the acquisition of Svedka Vodka and its related business.
"Svedka will play a key role in expanding our premium spirits business by providing us with a terrific and rapidly growing vodka brand in the largest U.S. spirits category,” said Richard Sands in a statement.
Constellation’s latest installment is currently the fifth largest imported vodka with 8% market share in the imported vodka category, according to IRI data.
