“START A PARTY” WITH J&B
Diageo announced today that it will be investing over $19 million behind a brand new global marketing campaign for its “party whiskey brand” J&B Scotch whisky, the company stated. The ‘Start a Party’ campaign will be launched in over 20 markets in the next year, including print and radio advertising and digital media. The “ultimate party symbol,” a mirror ball, will be the focus of the campaign.
“We are going big with the mirror ball, literally, and are going to have some real fun with this icon,” said Nik Keane, global brand director of J&B.
The ads will jumpstart in the next few weeks, while the full campaign will roll out over the next couple of months in most major markets.
