CONSTELLATION WELCOMES NEW BOARD MEMBER

Constellation has increased its board positions from seven to eight and approved Peter Soderberg to fill the new seat, effective April 4. Soderberg is currently president and ceo of Indiana- based Hillenbrand Industries, Inc., a holding company for the healthcare and funeral services industries.
