SEBASTIANI & SONS REVEALS A CRUSHING DOCUMENTARY
A short documentary, “Crush,” covering the 2006 grave harvest will be presented at the 2007 Sonoma Valley Film Festival as a collaboration between Bret Lyman’s B. Napa studio and Don Sebastiani & Sons. Last fall Bret approached the wine negociant about the project, which will be available on the company’s website next week.
"Bret does an amazing job capturing all the elements that compose the ceremony of harvest - not just soil, grapes, and climate. His camera follows the hard work of the people behind the ritual - the family who runs the taco truck, the immigrant pickers who rise before the sun does, and mostly our winemaker, Richard Bruno, who spends most of September and October away from his wife and young son," said Donny Sebastiani, company marketing director.
