SOLD: MATCHBOOK VINEYARD $2.2M

Vintage Wine Trust (a real estate investment trust fund for the wine industry) has acquired Matchbook Vineyard in Yolo County, California from Crew Wine Co. owned by John and Lane Giguere (founders of the R.H. Phillips Winery now owned by STZ). The property was bought for approximately $2.2 million in cash, with an additional $3.4 million earmarked for vineyard development and construction according to the company.
