CONSTELLATION COMPLETES BUYBACK PROGRAM

Constellation Brands plans to repurchase a minimum of 16.9 million shares for $421.1 million. In addition to the 3.5 million shares repurchased March 1 for $78.9 million, Constellation said it has achieved its previously announced $500 million share buyback program.
