ALASKA WINERIES TO SHIP DIRECT

Alaska wineries have gained the right to ship up to give gallons of wine directly to consumers after Gov. Sarah Palin signed HB 34. The new law will allow for mail, fax or Internet sales. Strangely enough, Alaskans could order wine from outside the state but not from in-state wineries.
