CALIFORNIA “WARNING LABEL” BILL PASSES ASSEMBLY

A California bill requiring malt liquor beverages to feature warning labels and alcohol content has been approved by the assembly and is now being passed to the state senate. According to local reports, Assembly Bill 346 would require suppliers to feature “Warning: Contains Alcohol” on labels, along with information about the product’s alcoholic content.
