BRINKER COMPLETES $155M SALE OF CHILIS

The private-equity firm Olympus Partners has purchased 95 Chili's Grill & Bar units from Brinker International for $155 million. The deal lays the foundation for a new operating company, Pepper Dining, which has agreed to develop 14 to 38 Chili’s outlets in the Northeast and mid-Atlantic area. The deal will be headed by John McGlone, a former Chili’s exec.
