SOUTHERN APPOINTS NEW ON-PREMISE SALES MANAGER

Southern Wine & Spirits of New York has appointed Shai Froelich as sales manager, on-premise wines effective August 1. Shai will report to Brett Dunne, vp, general sales manager and Jim Allen, executive vp, general manager.
