WASHINGTON WINE COMMISSION APPOINTS NEW CHAIRMAN

Rick Small, owner of Woodward Canyon Winery in Washington, has been appointed chairman of the Washington Wine Commission. Rick joins recently appointed John Bookwalter as vice chairman and Peter Dow as treasurer of the board.
