WHYTE & MACKAY DIRECTOR BIDS ADIEU

Whyte & Mackay’s managing director, Bob Brannan, said he is leaving the company effective immediately in order to seek new opportunities in other businesses. Bob joined W&M in March 2005 and recently saw the company through its sale to United Spirits for $1.18 billion.
