CONSTELLATION EUROPE STRIKES DEAL WITH BAARSMA GROUP

Constellation Europe and Baarsma Wine Group announced that Baarsma will begin handling the distribution, marketing and sales functions of a large number of Constellation's brands in October. Financial details were not disclosed.

Baarsma is a market leader in Belgium, The Netherlands and Luxembourg.
