OREGON GOV. SIGNS DIRECT SHIPPING BILL

Oregon’s HB 2171 was signed by the Governor at the end of last month and is set to go into effect January 1. The bill will allow wineries and retailers to ship up to two nine-liter cases per month to adult Oregon consumers. A $50 direct shipping permit is required and as a usual, wineries and retailers must pay all taxes.
