SAPPHIRE WINES PURCHASES EOS ESTATE WINERY

Sapphire Wines LLC has acquired EOS Estate Winery of Paso Robles AVA, owned by the Arciero and Vern Underwood families. As a newly formed company, Sapphire said it will focus on acquisitions and advancement in the wine and spirits category. Financial details were not disclosed.
