GOELET FAMILY UNITES ITS FIVE WINERIES

The Goelet family says it has formed Goelet Wine Estates (GWE) to globally market the family's five wine brands. The move coordinates the sales, distribution and marketing resources of its wineries -- Clos Du Val in the Napa Valley; Taltarni Vineyards in Victoria, Australia; Clover Hill and Lalla Gully in Tasmania, Australia; and Domaine de Nizas in the Languedoc region of France.

The Goelet family has owned and operated Clos Du Val and Taltarni Vineyards since the early 1970s and founded Clover Hill in 1986. Lalla Gully and Domaine de Nizas were later acquired in the 1990s.

"Alignment of our five brands allows us to highlight the shared history and synergies of each brand," said Adam Torpy, GWE exec.
