B-F CHAIRMAN EXERCISES STOCK OPTIONS

The current chairman of Brown-Forman, Owsley Brown II, reportedly exercised options for 51,990 shares of Class B common stock, according to Securities and Exchange Commission filings. Earlier this week he exercised options for $29.88 apiece and then sold 17,612 of them on the same day for $74.48 to $75.14 apiece. Brown also surrendered 34,378 Class B shares back to the company for $74.94 apiece.
