HEAD OF PRODUCTION LEAVES KWV
William Bestbier, the head of production at KWV, has left after 25 years at the company. Bestbier reportedly quit after failing to find common ground with newly appointed ceo Thys Loubser over structures and future strategies.
"We could unfortunately not agree on any changes for his department and we accepted that we had irreconcilable differences,” said Loubser. “I am very sad that this has happened, because Willem is a gentleman and I am sure that he will be snapped up in the industry.”
The search for Bestbier’s successor will begin next week.
