VIANSA WINERY SOLD FOR $40.5M

Viansa Winery, based in Sonoma Valley and built by Sam and Vicki Sebastiani, was sold out of bankruptcy last week to Laurus Master Fund, its largest creditor, for $40.5 million. The sale is expected to be finalized later this month once the company emerges from bankruptcy.
