FILED JUNE 19, 2013Yesterday Pennsylvania Republican Senator Chuck McIllhinney released the details of his Law and Justice Committee's long-awaited proposal to modernize liquor laws in the state. And he plans on generating far more than the estimated $550 million that the system is currently bringing in. Senator McIllhinney says this bill would generate an extra $140 million - $170 million each year.
